Job Summary
Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is a leading manufacturer of high-quality architectural panels and steel products. We are looking for a talented Data Platform Architect to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
The Data Platform Architect will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our companys data platform. This includes developing a scalable and secure data architecture integrating data from various sources and providing data solutions to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture database design and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a scalable and secure data platform to support the companys data needs
- Integrate data from various sources including internal systems and external partners
- Develop processes and procedures for data governance and data quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements
- Design and implement data models and database structures to support business operations
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis
- Monitor and troubleshoot data platform performance issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- 2 years of experience in data architecture database design and data management
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Experience with data warehousing ETL processes and data integration
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
