Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Manager/Incharge Scaffolding to lead and oversee scaffolding operations across multiple high-risk industrial project sites in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with safety standards optimize resource utilization and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead manage and supervise all on-site scaffolding activities to ensure safety quality and timely project delivery.
Conduct scaffolding inspections and ensure all structures meet regulatory and organizational safety standards.
Train mentor and guide the scaffolding workforce to maintain compliance and enhance skill levels.
Collaborate closely with project managers engineers and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure scaffolding structures are secure efficient and meet project specifications.
Manage resources effectively ensuring cost efficiency and operational productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

BSc Engineering or DAE with CIRIS Certification (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of scaffolding experience including 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in Oil & Gas construction or industrial sectors.
Excellent leadership communication and team-management capabilities.
Able to perform under pressure in high-risk fast-paced industrial environments

Salary Package is market competative .

This position will require travelling across sites in Pakistan .
