Job Summary
CMC Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Delivery & Recovery to oversee product deliveries manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role requires strong leadership to manage delivery and recovery teams efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of petroleum products as per customer orders.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for follow-ups and repeat orders.
- Plan and execute recovery operations to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Monitor daily delivery schedules and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation related to deliveries and recoveries.
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and recovery status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
Team Management
The position will manage two core teams:
- Delivery Team
- Supervise drivers and delivery staff
- Ensure route planning and on-time dispatch
- Monitor vehicle utilization and safety compliance
- Recovery Team
- Oversee payment follow-ups
- Ensure recovery targets are met
- Maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Sound knowledge of delivery operations and payment recovery
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination
