We are seeking a highly skilled Incharge Rigging professional to oversee and manage rigging operations in a high-risk industrial environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project efficiency within the Oil & Gas construction and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and execute all rigging and heavy lifting operations
- Prepare and review rigging plans lifting procedures & checklists
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards lifting codes and site regulations
- Collaborate with project safety and crane teams for safe execution
- Conduct pre-lift meetings toolbox talks and on-site training
- Maintain daily activity logs and rigging equipment status reports
- Lead and manage large rigging teams including riggers and foremen
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/DAE in Mechanical or relevant technical field
- Rigging Level-III Certification (preferred)
- 15 years of hands-on rigging experience especially in shutdown/turnaround environments
- Proven leadership of large rigging teams in the Oil & Gas sector
- Strong command of load charts lifting tackles crane capacities
- Excellent communication leadership and conflict resolution skills
