Project Execution Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client a Karachi based newly established Energy Renewable company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:

Job Role

The position of Project Execution Engineer will report to Manager Project Execution and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. Key duties include coordinating project activities managing resources ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution from initiation to completion

• Ensure project activities align with the project plan timeline and budget

• Allocate and manage resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure project efficiency

• Monitor resource usage and adjust allocations as needed to meet project objectives

• Implement and enforce quality control and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Work closely with project managers engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members to resolve issues and achieve project goals.

• Track project progress against milestones and deliverables identifying and addressing any deviations

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Manager Project Execution and other senior management

• Identify potential risks and challenges during project execution and develop mitigation strategies

• Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes

Education

• Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters in Engineering from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Project Management or a related field of Electrical/Electronics/Renewable.

Experience

• Preferably 3-4 years of professional experience in a large national/multinational organization among which 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project execution preferably in the renewable energy sector

• Preference in installation & commissioning of Solar Energy Storage projects

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Age

The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
