About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Incharge Planning to lead planning functions across our operations. This position is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in turnaround planning project execution stakeholder engagement and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the site manager to achieve project & turnaround objectives and ensure that all necessary inputs (resources) are available on one hand to implement companys systems for effective planning scheduling monitoring and controlling.
- Update turnaround activities in Level-IV plan in close coordination with Incharge and Site Manager.
- Prepare achievable targets from execution staff for Level-IV plan.
- Guide pre-mobilization activities ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
- Project Cost & Financial Management ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
- Monitor project scheduling monitoring reporting & execution ensuring timely completion and necessary corrective actions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and project progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields.
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in planning and executing turnarounds within the Oil & Gas sector
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in managing shutdowns turnarounds and retrofit projects
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
