Responsibilities
- Assist the level up to monitor and review service quality identify service improvement needs and implement enhancement actions.
- Provide training and coaching to teammates to enhance their skill and knowledge to handle the administration tasks.
- Provide guidance and solutions to teammates to handle problem/complex cases for the avoidance of potential complaint. Handle exceptional cases with good judgement. Support to resolve customers complaints with Complaint Team.
- Assist the level up to develop / review procedure and checklist deliver training / briefing propose effective new method and effective control measure. Lead the implementation of procedure change smoothly.
- Support and coordinate ad-hoc assignment or project to improve operational efficiency and business initiatives

What we are looking for
Experience & Qualifications
- University degree holder
- Over 10 years relevant work experience preferably in pension operations (MPF & ORSO)
- IA license MPF license LOMA qualifications would be an advantage
- Over 4 years supervisory experience
Required Personal Qualities/Skills/Competencies
- People oriented with tactful customer service skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Self-motive well organized and attentive to details.
- Mature and strong personal drive. Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills to lead the team work.
