Principal Accountabilities:
1. Assist line manager in conducting and improving supplier annual audit plant inspection and quality audits and prepare reports to QA manager 协助经理进行并改进供应商年度审核工厂检查和质量审核并向质量保证经理提供报告
2. Assist in tracking complaints regarding raw materials follow up on and evaluate suppliers corrective action协助跟进工厂原辅料投诉跟进并评估供应商的原料问题整改回复
3. Assist managing the evaluation of new raw materials and suppliers to ensure the quality safety and legality of raw materials including risk assessment HACCP plan review applicable national standards other McCormicks specific requirements etc 协助进行新的原材料和供应商评估包括风险评估HACCP计划国标和其他味好美的具体要求确保质量安全和合法性
4. Provide technical expertise in terms of vendor management while assisting clients audits preparing clients questionnaire etc 就供应商管理提供专业建议包括支持客户审核准备客户调查问卷等
5. Establish maintain and manage the raw material information database up-to-date and quality monitoring systems and interface with field and customers on product quality issues 协助建立维护并管理原材料信息质量检测系统并就产品质量事宜与工厂和客户沟通
Specification:
Degree in food science or related filed 1-2 years working experience in technical arena quality assurance quality control and quality system of food industry 本科学历食品科学相关专业1-2年食品公司技质量保证质量控制或质量体系相关经验
2. Proficient at conducting quality and food safety audit practical experience on facility audit is preferred 熟悉质量和是食品安全审核有实际工厂审核经验优先
3. Extensive knowledge of raw material food processing HACCP sanitation and risk management 良好的原材料食品加工HACCP清洁和风险管理的知识储备
4. High level of professionalism (strong work ethic strong interpersonal skills teamwork and sound judgment) 较高的职业素养良好职业道德沟通技巧团队合作和判断能力
5. Good problem solving negotiation customer service communication (verbal and written) and data analysis skills 良好的解决问题协商客户服务交流沟通数据分析能力
6. Travel required (approximately 10- 30 % monthly) 适应出差每月10-30%
