Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a good grasp of how the collectiblestoymarket worksand can support the line managerand fans distributorclosely in better driving growth of TTC businessand guide clients to make medium- and long-term TTC plans.
  • Help TTC bizcontribute moreVM to provide various solutionsandhelp customers improve sell-through and channel solutions.
  • Tobuild sustainable business model and formulate clear product launch and sales strategies including the breakdown of annual quarterly and monthly sales build a clear and visible business review mechanism.
  • Management of distributors sales terminals: Online terminals include Tmall and distributors self-operated retail terminals; offline terminals include some physical shopping mall stores.
  • Formulate annual activity plans display arrangements and consumer membership mechanisms for terminals; enhance the image and attractiveness of TTC products through high-quality activities and terminal displays. Meanwhile play a role in cross-departmental communication lead retail development in TTCs end-consumer communication and store retail planning and ultimately help consumers establish the concept and consumption stickiness of the Transformers high-end product line.
  • Communicating with platform directly to pull in promotional resources.
  • KPI set and management with distributor.
  • Expenses controlling in sales allowance and A&P.
  • Sales and products forecast initiative to the channels
  • Coordinate with departments including Marketing Logistics Finance and Legal to advance the progress of various projects.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Professional Know-how

  • Bachelors degree or above (Ecommerce background is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years(Preferablywithcollectible toysmarketbusiness experience)
  • Online(TMALL/JD)experience is preferred

  • Possess a keen insight into market conditions consumer/fans feedback and trends in the collectible toys market and be able to extract effective and important information to support business growth.
