Werelooking for aData Analyst (Visualisation& Insights)who can transform complex datasets into clear compelling visual narratives that empower decision-making and elevate the student experience. If you love turning numbers into insights and insights into action this is your stage.
Day-to-day accountabilities:
Design and developdynamic dashboards and operating toolsthat integrate multiple data sources.
Applyadvanced analyticsto uncover trends and opportunities that shape strategy.
Communicate insights throughvisual storytellingthat resonates with technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate across teams to deliverintuitive user-friendly solutions.
Championdata integrity automation and self-service analytics.
Build andmaintainscalable data models
Contribute to the continuous improvement
Thisisaninitial12-month contractwith potential for extension based on business needs.Flexible working conditions and hybrid options with our officeslocatedin Sydney Melbourne Brisbane and Adelaide.

Who you are:To be successful in this role you will have:
Creative thinkerwho can design dashboards that are not only functional but visually engaging and intuitive.
3 or more years of experience in data visualisationinsightsor analytics.
Tertiary qualification in data analytics statistics computer science business or a related field.
Proven experience in Power BI development including DAX Power Query and data modelling.
Strong understanding of data visualisation principles and storytelling with data.
High attention to detail problem-solving mindset and a passion for turning data into insight.
Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
Familiarity with survey data analysis and/or student experience research is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with SQL Python or R is a plus but not essential.
Possess the ability to work with multiple projects at the same time.
