About the Role
As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in managing and analysing utility energy water and operational data for our account and clients. You will ensure the accurate flow of data into customised systems and reporting tools while working closely with senior management internal teams technology partners and clients.
This role combines data analysis systems support client engagement and continuous improvement making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and stakeholder-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage energy water and utility data from multiple sources (email FTP API automated and manual inputs).
- Analyse consolidate and deliver utility and operational reports including assessment of financial impacts.
- Coordinate report delivery and maintain communication with clients senior management and internal teams.
- Support system implementations and data loads for new and existing clients.
- Provide primary systems support and act as the liaison between clients and system developers.
- Support and enhance in-house platforms including My Buildings Yardstick Power BI and automated metering systems.
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements based on client and operational needs.
- Train and support clients and internal staff on systems and reporting tools.
- Support day-to-day operations of data platforms and assist the department head as required.
Knowledge & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and working with data and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused approach.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel (data manipulation and analysis) and Word.
- Ability to manipulate interpret and critically analyse data from multiple sources.
- Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- No formal qualifications required; relevant demonstrated experience will be assessed for suitability.
