We are looking to incorporate a Global HR Controller. Reporting directly to the Chief of Human Resources Officer (CHRO) you will be responsible for ensuring that all human resources activities are aligned with the companys financial and strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between Corporate HR local HR and Corporate Finance focusing on cost efficiency compliance and workforce analytics.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and control HR-related costs specifically salaries and benefits. You will prepare and manage global HR budgets and forecasts analyzing variances between actual and planned expenses.
- Workforce Data & Analytics: Build an HR metrics culture across the organization driving data analytics processes. You will provide accurate headcount and compensation reports and support strategic workforce planning with data-driven insights.
- Master Data Management: You will be responsible for HR Master Data and the coordination of personnel planning leading the requirements to ensure accuracy across all group affiliates.
- Strategic Support: Advise HR leadership on cost optimization and resource allocation. You will also support the CHRO in due diligence processes for M&A integration and new company onboarding.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Lead improvement processes on Success Factors to optimize data regarding workforce planning and personnel costs.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in controlling of a minimum of 3-4 years. finance auditor experience is valuable.
- Proven experience in developing strategic concepts for personnel controlling and the rollout of project implementation.
- Corporate experience is considered added value.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Economics or similar.
Languages
- Fluent in Business English
Competences
- Experience with HRISERP and Finance SAP.
- Excellent level of Excel PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools.
- Strong analytical thinking problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act as a key user for processes and systems related to personnel costs and headcount.
