Job Summary
Job Title: ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Developer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field is acceptable.
- MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
Must-Have Skills
- 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with strong exposure to ITOM and ITSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITOM/ITSM concepts workflows and best practices.
- Excellent proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Glide Jelly UI Policies Client Scripts Business Rules etc.
- Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with AngularJS
- ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM certifications
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement solutions within ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules as per business requirements.
- Configure and customize workflows forms dashboards reports and UI components.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements create functional and technical specifications and prioritize system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Conduct testing debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning to ensure platform stability.
- Ensure smooth support and maintenance of ITOM/ITSM implementations including incident resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases best practices and industry trends.
