Senior Staff Engineer (IT Delivery)

Requirement:

• Experience : 7.5 Years
• Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders establishing clear communication channels and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Report regularly on project status risks and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards and business requirements. Facilitate testing phases and user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Exceptional leadership communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Elicit analyze and document detailed business functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders through various techniques (interviews workshops surveys process mapping).
• Conduct thorough current-state analysis of business processes workflows and systems identifying gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions acting as a liaison between business users technical teams and other project stakeholders.
•  Translate complex business requirements into clear concise and unambiguous documentation including user stories use cases process flows and data models.
• Collaborate with product managers solution architects and development teams to design effective and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and support users during UAT.
• Provide ongoing support and expertise to business stakeholders post-implementation facilitating smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and software development lifecycles.
  Perform various types of testing including functional regression integration system performance and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify document and track software defects using bug tracking systems working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Mentoring and managing team members by giving constant on the job feedback and by providing guidance.
• Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance process standards and best practices.
• Reporting the status of all key metrics (eg: risk scope schedule quality customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
• Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
