About the Role
We are looking for a strong Senior Python Engineer with the ability to design build and ship production-ready services with high speed and precision. The role involves implementing real-world services (Gmail Jira etc.) as modular APIs while following a strict Test-Driven Development workflow. This position is ideal for someone who has deep backend engineering experience and enjoys building scalable clean and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop modular production-ready APIs that replicate real-world services.
Work strictly with a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approachwrite tests first then code.
Architect and maintain scalable database schemas and data models.
Produce clear high-quality documentation for each implemented service.
Maintain balance between development speed and code reliability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality integration and operational readiness.

Skills and Qualifications
5 years of hands-on experience with production-grade Python development.
Strong understanding of system design and modular backend architecture.
Proven experience in designing building and managing APIs end-to-end.
Solid experience with TDD frameworks like pytest or unittest.
Strong fundamentals in database schema design and data modeling.
Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and justify trade-offs.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Comfortable delivering at high velocity without sacrificing quality.
