Our client is seeking an Intermediate Client Mitigation Analyst to support their risk management and service improvement functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse client data cases and trends to identify potential risks or areas of concern
Investigate root causes of client issues and propose mitigation plans
Work closely with operations compliance and customer-facing teams to resolve complex cases
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented mitigation strategies
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to internal controls policies and industry regulations
Provide recommendations to improve processes reduce client risk and enhance service quality
Support escalated client matters with a risk-focused approach
Job Experience and Key Requirements:
24 years of experience in risk analysis client operations compliance or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive client situations professionally
Experience working with data analysis tools dashboards or case management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Understanding of risk frameworks operational controls or compliance processes is an advantage
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Desirable Skills:
Experience in financial services insurance fintech or a regulated environment
Exposure to fraud prevention quality assurance or dispute resolution
