Lead CRM and retention strategies for a fast-growing African fintech that speaks to clients across cities and rural communities alike. Analyse behaviour personalise experiences and turn insights into outcomes that empowers thousands of clients continent-wide.

Duties & Responsibilities


Client Kingdom: Engineer journeys that keep clients engaged loyal and returning.
Segment with Precision: Build models that target convert and retain.
Test Like a Pro: Run A/B experiments that reveal what truly works.
Root Cause Detective: Decode complaints uncover patterns eliminate friction.
Campaign Commander: Manage and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns.
Systems & Data Synergy: Partner with tech/data teams to level up personalisation.
Escalation Authority: Communicate trends issues and solutions with clarity.
Coaching Catalyst: Turn insights into better scripts better training and better outcomes.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 45 years CRM/lifecycle/retention experience essential
CRM & campaign management Segmentation & funnels A/B testing
Analytics (SQL/Python/BI)
Contact centre insight advantageous
Excellent communication skills

Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Commerce IT Data Science Marketing or Business or related fields
