What will you do
From day one you will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
As aBusiness Support Analyst youll gain exposure to diverse aspects of our business while working on real client projects.
- Provide support to account executives;
- Treatment of documentation;
- Prepare and update of statistical maps;
- Develop technical knowledge;
Qualifications
What Youll Bring
- Degree in Management Economics or a related field.
- Eligibility to complete a 6-months IEFP Internship.
- Strong analytical skills and customer orientation with excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
