制定销售策略

根据市场和客户需求制定具体的中型连锁客户销售策略明确销售目标与关键绩效指标

管理渠道预算

在直线经理的指导下在授权范围内合理规划使用管理渠道投资预算追踪管理确保期内应收应付账目平衡

实施品牌活动

组织和推动针对中型连锁客户的品牌推广活动协调内部资源确保活动的顺利落地提高品牌知名度

市场反馈收集

定期收集和分析客户反馈挖掘市场变化和客户需求及时调整销售策略

跨部门协作

与市场销售财务等部门紧密合作整合资源落实销售策略确保公司政策的实施

编制报告

准备并提交销售报告定期向地区销售经理汇报项目进展及市场动态为决策提供支持

任职条件:

• 专科及以上学历
• 3年以上销售或客户管理经验有中型连锁药店管理经验者优先
• 具备基础的市场分析能力和品牌活动管理经验
• 良好的客户谈判和管理能力
• 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
