负责食品级磷脂生产质量安全成本管理确保产品符合公司质量指标食品安全国标及法规要求并结合各岗位实际情况调整优化参数保障车间高效合规运行

1. 生产管理检查车间生产运行环境满足生产需求保持适宜的生产场所良好安全的环境承接生产计划安排班组任务调度人员原辅料包材监督调配灌装码垛等全流程保障产能与交期推进现场5S管理

Production management: Inspect the production operation environment of the workshop to meet production requirements maintain a suitable production site and a good and safe environment; Undertake production plans and arrange tasks for teams; Dispatchers raw and auxiliary materials packaging materials; Supervise the entire process including blending filling and palletizing to ensure production capacity and delivery time. Promote on-site 5S management.

1. 工艺与技术精通食品级磷脂生产工艺参数组织工艺优化技改与新产品试产维护配方与工艺文件的合规性优化作业标准化

Process and Technology: Proficient in the production process parameters of food-grade phospholipids; Organize process optimization technological transformation and trial production of new products; Maintain the compliance of formula and process documents. Optimize the standardization of operations.

1. 质量管控执行公司质量体系把控原辅料包材成品主导质量异常分析与纠正预防措施杜绝不合格品流入市场

Quality Control: Implement the companys quality system to control raw materials auxiliary materials packaging materials and finished products. Take the lead in analyzing quality anomalies and implementing corrective and preventive measures to prevent substandard products from entering the market.

1. 成本与效率管控原辅料消耗能耗返工率分析生产成本数据制定降本增效方案推进精益生产

Cost and Efficiency: Control the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials energy consumption and rework rate; Analyze production cost data and formulate cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans; Promote lean production.

1. 安全环保落实安全生产责任制开展安全培训与隐患排查监督辅料的合规使用符合安全环保要求

Safety and Environmental Protection: Implement the responsibility system for production safety carry out safety training and hidden danger investigation; Supervise the compliant use of auxiliary materials to meet safety and environmental protection requirements.

1. 按照生产计划制定车间检修计划车间设备维修工单计划

Formulate the workshop maintenance plan and the workshop equipment maintenance work order plan in accordance with the production plan.

1. 团队管理培训考核班组人员认真贯彻落实公司安全生产卫生管理制度监督组员严格执行各项安全操作规程建设团队文化协调员工关系提升整体技能水平

Team Management: Train and assess team members; Seriously implement the companys safety production and hygiene management systems and supervise team members to strictly follow all safety operation procedures. Build team culture coordinate employee relations and enhance overall skill levels.

1. 合规与沟通确保生产符合食品安全法食品添加剂生产监督管理规定对接质量采购商务处理客诉与审核

Compliance and Communication: Ensure that production complies with the Food Safety Law and the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Food Additive Production; Coordinate with quality control procurement and business departments handle customer complaints and conduct audits.

Complete other tasks assigned by the company/department in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

技能知识

• 掌握食品安全法规质量管理体系磷脂质量标准具备工艺优化设备维护成本分析应急处理能力持有食品安全管理师HACCP内审员等证书优先

Master food safety regulations quality management systems and phospholipid quality standards; Possess the capabilities of process optimization equipment maintenance cost analysis and emergency handling; Those holding certificates such as Food Safety Management Professional and HACCP Internal Auditor are preferred.

工作经历:

• 3年以上食品添加剂/磷脂生产管理经验熟悉食品级磷脂生产工艺者优先具备团队管理与跨部门协作能力

More than 3 years of experience in the production management of food additives/phospholipids. Those familiar with the production process of food-grade phospholipids are preferred. Possess team management and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.

Have experience in building workshops.

• 熟悉原辅料包材的管理和控制流程

Be familiar with the management and control processes of raw materials auxiliary materials and packaging materials.

• 综合素质责任心强执行力强抗压能力强具备良好的沟通与问题解决能力

Comprehensive quality: Strong sense of responsibility strong execution ability and strong stress resistance; Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

教育背景:  

• 本科及以上学历食品科学与工程生物工程等相关专业优先

Bachelors degree or above majoring in Food Science and Engineering Bioengineering Applied Chemistry or related fields is preferred.

语言能力:

• 良好的英语读写能力

             Good reading and writing skills in English
