The Job

As a Sr. Engineer PMO youll be part of our PMO team located in Suzhou. Youll get to:

• Coordinate and motivate the project group to ensure the effective management and implementation of all projects assigned to the group.
• Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures.
• Monitor the schedule performance and maintain an updated schedule at all time for all projects assigned to the group.
• Set up regular conference call with project group from other sites.
• Ensure the team has punctual and accurate updated on the projects.
• Ensure the project documents are accurately prepared by the group.
• Monitor and control the cost to improve the project gross margin or at least to maintain it as the booked value.
• Achieve and improve customer satisfaction on the project implementation.
• Deliver and close the project on time.
• Perform any other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by Engineering Manager.

• University degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience on engineering and project management in design institutions;
• Excellent know-how in project planning and management/supervision.
• Able to use Continuous Improvement processes skills and Techniques AND lead projects in this area.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Open mind good interpersonal communication skill and presentation skill.
• Strong sense of marketing.
