Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare reports such as new product process flow/operation instructions/PMP/PFMEA
Support for new product production line setup system process tracking planning and verification
Tracking of new product trial production/DOE defect analysis root cause identification providing improvement measures and optimizing key parameters
Collect production data and improve product process yield and efficiency

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or higher degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related majors
Possess 5 years or more of experience in new power product introduction/manufacturing process-related work
Be familiar with the IPC-610 standard PCBA or related electronic product manufacturing standards and processes
Proficiency in English reading and writing with listening and speaking skills preferred
