Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop and operate products using web technologies including mini-applications PC trading sites and business management tools
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to tailor the asset management and investment experience
Develop prototypes for new features and redesigns
Handle technical tasks such as improving unit tests and enhancing architecture
Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years of in-house web product development experience
Proficient in HTML/CSS JavaScript and TypeScript
Knowledgeable in modern web development practices and JavaScript frameworks
Experienced with REST API integration
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership in their work
Business proficiency in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing applications related to Securities and Finance
Proficient in developing functionality with unit tests (TDD)
Familiar with Agile development methodologies
Experienced in Front-end performance monitoring and optimization
Skilled in building Front-end CI/CD infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Experienced in the operation of in-house services
