Job Summary
Our client in the Rustenburg area is are seeking a young and dynamic Junior Financial Manager to join their team consisting of 2 large trading companies and 2 small property companies. They are working in the Agricultural sector
Key Responsibilities:
Full financial management & reporting
Reconciliations and processing of all payments and invoices
Working on Xero Accounting
Preparing and managing monthly & yearly budgets and financial planning
SARS compliance and tax knowledge
Full payroll function including top management payroll
FNB banking: payments transfers and bank reconciliations
Strategic financial planning and implementation
Role Breakdown:
- 50% Accounting
- 30% Planning strategy & implementation
- 20% Management
Requirements:
Strong accounting background
Excellent SARS & tax compliance knowledge
Payroll experience
Ability to work independently on-site
Experience with Xero is essential
