What Youll Do
- Create thumb-stopping contentthat captures attention in the first second and drives meaningful engagement across three international markets
- Stay ahead of the curveby monitoring TikTok trends audio formats and algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Plan and execute campaignsaligned with businessobjectives from recruitment drives to brand awareness initiatives
- Own the full production process-conceptualise shoot edit and publish high-quality videos thatshowcaseour brand personality
- Craft compelling narrativesby developing storylines that unfold across multiple videos turning single ideas into binge-worthy mini-series that keep audiences coming back
- Analyse and optimiseby diving into TikTok Analytics to understand what works derive actionable insights and continuously improve ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith marketing recruitment and leadership teams to ensure content supports wider business goals
- Experiment boldlywithnew contentformats storytelling techniques and creative approaches to keep pushing boundaries
Who You Are
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Naturally charismatic and comfortable on camera with excellent verbal communication skills
- Master storyteller who can conceptualise and execute narrative-driven content that unfolds across multiple episodes
- Deep understanding of TikToks culture trends and what makes content go viral
- Proven ability to shoot and edit video content using mobile and professional equipment
- Strong grasp of TikTok Analytics and social media metrics-you know how to read the data and turn insights into action
- Creative and strategic thinker who can balance artistic vision with business objectives
- Self-motivated energetic and able to work independently whilst meeting deadlines
- Professional presentation and demeanour thatrepresentsour brand with authenticity
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content for professional services healthcare or recruitment sectors
- Portfoliodemonstratingsuccessful TikTok accountsyouvegrown or managed
- Knowledge of content creation tools likeCapCut Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
- Understanding of multi-market audiences (South Africa UK USA)
