St Lukes Hospice is seeking a dynamic Front of House Services Manager to lead our Reception Catering Night Support and Domestic teams.
This is a pivotal role ensuring that every visitor patient and colleague experiences a safe clean and compassionate environment aligned with our values of Compassion Respect Integrity and Professionalism.
What youll do:
Lead and motivate teams across Reception Catering Night Support and Cleaning services.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of customer care.
Oversee catering provision maintaining quality and compliance with food hygiene regulations.
Manage rotas budgets and resources effectively.
Drive infection control and health & safety compliance.
Recruit train and develop staff and volunteers.
Act as the key point of contact for Front of House queries and feedback.
What were looking for:
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
Understanding of health & safety food hygiene and infection prevention.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly and respond to operational challenges.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Hospitality Customer Service or Team Leading (desirable).
