If you wish to develop your research within Science & Technology Studies (STS) and Computational Anthropology you may consider applying for this Post Doc position (36 months).

We are looking to hire a Post Doc to help realize the ambitions put forth in the cross-disciplinary Horizon-funded MOVEO project spanning several European locations and partner organizations and the VELUX-funded STÅSTEDER project anchored at DTU in collaboration with the municipality of Aarhus. Your expertise in LLMs and synthetic agents will help theMOVEO project to develop perspectival models based on ethnographic data designed to foster inclusive efficient and seamless transport infrastructure and mobility services. Subsequently you will further develop the perspectival modelling approach bringing LLMs to the field in the STÅSTEDER project to help model archetypical cultural positions in the green transition. You will be based at Department of Technology Management and Economics. Your workplace will be in the Science and Technology Studies section at DTU Lyngby Campus. You will be affiliated with the Observatory of Human-Centered Engineering (ECHOLab).You will work closely together with a Brit Ross Winthereik Anders Kristian Munk and Anders Koed Madsen as well as a PhD and a Post Doc.

Responsibilities and qualifications
You must have a PhD degree or documentation by means of a letter from your supervisor that you will obtain the PhD degree no later than 4 months after starting the Post Doc. You must have experience with quali-quantitative methods tuning of LLM and computational data analysis and visualization. A core task will be to organize collection and analyze data generated by the Urban Belonging App and publish on methods innovation in Science and Technology Studies in leading journals within the field.

Salary and terms of employment
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.

The period of employment is 3 years.
