Youll play an instrumental role in scaling both technical and corporate functions (Engineering Product Security Compliance Finance and more) across the US and globally. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source recruit and interview top talent across the US and our global offices (Dallas London Paris Singapore Vilnius and more).
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles with a strong focus on the US market.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Drive the recruitment process end-to-end: screening interviewing evaluating skill level gathering/giving feedback managing offers and supporting onboarding.
• Become a trusted partner for hiring managers providing guidance insights and market expertise.
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent in competitive markets.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment content to effectively communicate each opportunity.
• Represent externally by building relationships with professional associations universities meetups and key talent communities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Above all integrity is core to everything we do.
• 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong experience hiring across the US.
• Proven success hiring for technical roles (Engineering Product Design Security Data) and corporate roles (Finance Compliance Operations etc.).
• Experience in fast-paced high-growth environmentsagency in-house or a mix of both.
• Highly self-motivated tenacious and impact-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering results and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify challenges propose solutions and drive process improvement.
• A natural people personcharismatic confident adaptable and excited to help build and evangelize something meaningful.
