About Moustache F&B :-

Moustache is expanding rapidly in the Food & Beverage space offering unique dining experiences across cafés bars and restaurants. To strengthen our digital presence and storytelling we are looking for a Social Media Executive F&B who can manage content creation posting and engagement across all restaurant social channels.

Role Overview :-

The Social Media Executive F&B will be responsible for assisting and executing day-to-day digital activities across Moustaches restaurant brands. This includes creating food-focused content running social pages community interaction influencer coordination and trend-based creative thinking. The role is perfect for someone who loves food hospitality and social media.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Content Creation & Support

Create ideations and get Instagram Reels from Designers food videos aesthetic photos and stories for all F&B brands.

Capture/Manage real-time content during restaurant operations events tastings and new menu launches.

Work with the Design team/ Photographers to ensure posts follow brand visual identity and tone.

2. Social Media Page Management

Manage day-to-day activities across social platforms: Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube and Zomato reels (if applicable).

Schedule and publish posts as per the monthly content calendar.

Ensure timely posting based on the best engagement windows.

3. Community Engagement

Respond to comments messages reviews and customer queries across all platforms.

Re-share and highlight UGC customer stories and feedback.

Monitor brand mentions food bloggers and community conversations.

4. Influencer Coordination

Assist in identifying and onboarding food bloggers micro-influencers and local creators.

Coordinate tasting invites visit schedules and content expectations.

Track influencer performance and content deliverables.

5. Trend & Competitor Monitoring

Keep track of new Instagram trends reel formats audio hashtags and viral content relevant to F&B.

Analyze competitor pages and suggest improvements and content opportunities.

6. Reporting & Insights

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on reach engagement and follower growth.

Suggest ideas to improve engagement based on analytics insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

Content Output : Minimum 1216 posts/reels per month across individual F&B brands. Engagement Rate : Maintain 57% engagement on posts.

Response Time : All customer DMs/comments responded to within 12 hours.

Influencer Engagement : Coordinate 510 influencers per month.

UGC Contribution : At least 15% of monthly content sourced from UGC.

Page Growth : 1012% increase in followers per quarter.

Who You Are :-

12 years of experience in social media preferably in F&B hospitality or lifestyle brands.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels food photography and storytelling.

Creative mindset with basic skills in Canva reel editing apps or Lightroom.

Excellent communication skills and customer handling.

Passionate about food café culture and digital content.

Highly proactive and able to manage multiple restaurant pages simultaneously.
