About the role:We are currently looking for a motivated Communication Center Representatives to join our team. As a Communication Center Representative you will be responsible for supporting various HR facets and ensuring a seamless operation within the department.

NOTE: This is only a 5-month project

As a Communication Center Representative youll be responsible for:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K) providing resolutions and resolving concerns.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
  • Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications
  • Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions PEACS and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
  • Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions sending offer letters coordinating interviews and other assigned duties.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Minimum college or technical training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer service skills and call centre experience
  • Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.
  • Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with strong MS Excel skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid Setup
  • Equipment will be provided for this assignment (Laptop and Headset).
  • Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 local US Time Monday through Friday
    season must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may
    include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.
  • Office environment ability to sit for long periods of time is necessary.
