Scope of Services:
Resolve production incidents as per the customer SLAs
Custom Development: Build and enhance RightNow BUI extensions using JavaScript HTML and CSS. CPM Custom scripts using PHP.
Configuration & Scripting: Implement business rules workflows and custom scripts to automate processes.
API & Integration: Develop integrations with external systems (CRM ERP telephony payment gateways) using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Portal Development: Customize the customer portal with advanced UI/UX features.
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and optimize code for scalability.
Data Management: Handle ETL processes perform data migration and ensure data integrity across environments.
Perform quarterly upgrade impact assessment and execute regression test cases.
Requirements
1. Candidate should have 3 years of Implementation and Support experience in Oracle CX products B2C Service (RightNow)
2. Proficiency in PHP JavaScript HTML and CSS.
3. Experience with Oracle RightNow APIs (Connect Web Services REST API ROQL).
4. Problem-solving ability: Debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning.
5. Hands-on experience with RightNow customization (portal widgets extensions php scripts)
6. Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
Languages: Portuguese and English
