Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through effective communication via telephone and email ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in generating new sales leads and expanding business relationships by identifying potential opportunities.
  • Create negotiate and manage contracts offers and sales documentation ensuring alignment with company policies and customer needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including data entry tracking and reporting using Salesforce and SAP.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns and proactively engage with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Manage and oversee customer onboarding processes ensuring seamless transitions from initial contact to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Organize and coordinate customer events meetings and follow-up communications to strengthen client relationships.

This is an entry role ideal for student or graduate - Business Studies Logistics Supply Chain or similar fields.

Position Purpose

This role might be for all of you who are at the beginning of your career or wants to start your journey with sales. As an Inside Sales Coordinator you deliver new sales within small and medium customer accounts support customers and the Sales Field team in building sales funnel and new customer implementation as well as ensure client satisfaction.

** YOUR MISSION ** WHAT WILL YOU DO **

Major/Key Accountabilities:

  • Actively contribute in developing Inside Sales Department Strategy
  • Support Sales Team in administrative & reporting work
  • Provide support to customers and the Sales Field team in building sales funnel and new customer implementation (setting up new customers adding new accounts to the system and preparing documents for customers building and making reports of current sales performance)
  • Revenue stream manage own activities to meet budget targets and profitability levels to achieve the annual revenue budget
  • Execute best in class small accounts approach
  • Reporting process preparation and execution within Sales Department
  • Generate new sales leads and transfer larger customers to the Sales Field team (making cold calls market research executing mailing campaigns clarifying the details of the palette rental system)
  • Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements for small accounts
