The Role
As a Sales Representative for North/West Poland you will be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding our customer base within your territory. Acting as a brand ambassador you will build lasting relationships with partners while identifying new business opportunities to support Skechers continued growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Manage and develop long-term customer relationships
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product trainings
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing initiatives
- Ensure timely and balanced customer payments
- Prepare monthly sales reports for Head Office
- Represent the Skechers brand consistently and professionally
Your Profile
- Proven sales experience ideally within the sport or lifestyle footwear industry
- Strong territory account management and negotiation skills
- Result-driven mindset with a high level of self-motivation
- Confident communication presentation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Valid Category B driving license
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
