Finance Senior Associate or Special Counsel

About the role:
- Acting for major financiers on all forms of finance transactions including project finance syndicated loans mezzanine funding private equity deals involving debt to equity conversions and profit participation.
- Advising on banking and finance compliance and regulatory issues and SMSF lending.
- Drafting standard loan and security documentation for lenders and National Credit Code compliance and surety bond facilities.
The ideal candidate:
- 4 years PQE in banking and finance law up to Special Counsel level
- Strong technical skills proven experience in a high volume fast paced environment
- Confidence to manage files end to end and make sound commercial judgment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a solutions-focused approach
- Immediate or short notice availability will be highly valued!
