Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative to join a Critical Power Company based in New York.
Were looking for a driven and commercially strong Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of capital equipment sales across the Northwest region. Youll be the front-line commercial lead for UPS systems power controls switchgear and generator solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new capital equipment sales across UPS controls switchgear and generator products.
- Consistently deliver against revenue targets and territory growth plans.
- Manage complex sales cycles proposals and client engagements from early-stage scoping through close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants contractors end users and OEM partners.
- Represent the business at industry events workshops conferences and client meetings.
- Work closely with technical engineering marketing and executive teams on sales strategies and market positioning.
- Provide accurate forecasting maintain clean CRM reporting and support contract negotiations.
- Identify new market opportunities and feed competitive insights back into the commercial strategy.
- Cover the Northwest Region.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Regional Sales Manager Business Development Representative Technical Sales Engineer Outside Sales Representative
- Minimum 5 years in technical capital equipment or power systems sales.
- Strong understanding of critical power infrastructure (UPS power distribution generators controls).
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Northwest region for client meetings site visits and events.
- Degree in a technical field preferred (Electrical Engineering ideal).
