About the role

  • Be the trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for the CFO office managing complex diaries prioritising meetings and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strengthen executive decision-making by preparing agendas producing high-quality documentation taking minutes tracking action items and maintaining accurate and compliant records.

  • Own and drive executive communication workflows including inbox management drafting correspondence handling confidential enquiries and ensuring requests are actioned efficiently.

  • Deliver seamless end-to-end coordination of travel events committees and operational logistics supporting everything from board meetings to interstate travel.

  • Champion operational excellence within the Executive Office solving problems before they arise maintaining office systems and building strong relationships with leaders across the organisation.

About you

  • Proven executive support expertise with tertiary qualifications or substantial experience strong organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Independent and collaborative performers able to exercise initiative sound judgement and flexibility while delivering high-quality results within timeframes.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships negotiating effectively and projecting a professional image with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Discreet mature and professional always maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.

  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented highly proficient in Microsoft Office web-based applications and experienced in supporting executive committees with agenda preparation minutes and document production.

Experience within the financial industry preferred but not essential
