This role is perfect for a marketer who has cut their teeth in brand management and is ready to take full ownership of a beloved brand driving its strategy and market presence to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:Develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Campaign Management:Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated 360 marketing campaigns across digital social PR and retail
Influencer & Affiliate Management:Manage and strategically grow the brands influencer and affiliate programmes fostering authentic partnerships
Product Launches:Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches from briefing and planning to execution and performance analysis
Event & Activation Strategy:Collaborate with partners to develop and execute compelling brand activations and events that drive engagement and buzz
Consumer & Market Insights:Stay ahead of beauty and wellness trends conducting competitor analysis and using consumer insights to inform strategy
Budget Management:Manage the brand marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal spend and reporting on ROI
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
A solid 5 years of experience in a brand management rolewith a strong preference for candidates from theFMCG Beauty Wellness or Retail sectors
Proven experience in developing brand strategies and managing integrated marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience managing influencer/affiliate programmes and executing successful brand events/activations
A demonstrated ability to interpret consumer and market data to make informed decisions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A creative and innovative mindset with a finger on the pulse of current trends
