Role: SAP Global Program Lead

Key Responsibilities (Contract Role)
Phase 1: Implementation Leadership (Contract Engagement)
- Serve as the contracted Program Lead for the global SAP S/4HANA implementation overseeing strategy execution issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional cross-regional teamsincluding internal resources system integrators third-party partners and business process owners.
- Drive successful delivery of program activities including design testing data migration training cutover and hypercare across all phases.
- Establish manage and chair governance structures such as Steering Committees Design Authorities and Program Workstreams.
- Track and report program KPIs risks mitigations deliverables and readiness metrics to senior leadership.
- Partner with functional leaders and HR to guide change management and communication efforts.
Phase 2: SAP Platform Transition & Stabilization
- Support the transition into a steady-state SAP organization (CoE) and provide contracted leadership through the stabilization period post go-live.
- Shape the roadmap for ongoing enhancements integrations additional module rollouts and process optimization.
- Work closely with business process owners across Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality and Commercial to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Promote continuous improvement user enablement and measurable value realization from the SAP investment.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity infrastructure and data governance teams to ensure compliance performance and data integrity.
Qualifications (Contract Consultant)
- 20 years of IT or ERP leadership experience including 10 years leading large-scale SAP programs as a program director transformation leader or consulting engagement lead.
- Proven success delivering complex multi-region SAP/ERP transformationsideally within pharma life sciences or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
- Experience working in regulated (GxP) environments including familiarity with validated systems and CSV methodologies.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules (FICO MM SD PP QM) and integration technologies (Boomi CPI etc.).
- Demonstrated capability in managing vendors budgets schedules and executive-level stakeholders under demanding timelines.
- Experience building or advising ERP teams across functional analysts architects developers and support personnel.
- Exposure to enterprise data strategy master data governance and broader business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication stakeholder influence and executive-level presentation skills.
