Key Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centered dental team with strong clinical judgment
Ensure high-quality ethical dental care
Perform full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Present and explain treatment plan options
Deliver efficient high-quality clinical treatments
Maintain budget awareness and collaborate with Operations to meet financial goals
Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members
Stay current through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
