DescriptionWe are seeking an RN Fellow for the Surgical Trauma ICU (STICU) at Inova Loudoun Hospital. This is for an experienced RN who requires training in the ICU.
Critical Care Fellowship- February 2026
Schedule: Full-time night shift. 7:00pm-7:00am. Must be available various shifts during orientation.
Sign-on bonus and Relocation bonus available for qualified external candidates.

Surgical Trauma ICU unit is a 12-bed unit with close proximity to the OR. We care for critically ill surgical and trauma patients including neurosurgery vascular surgery general surgery patients along with post-procedural patients. We also care for Intermediate Care level surgical and trauma patients as well.
Patient to Nurse Ratio:2:1 (ICU patients) and 3:1 (IMC patients) in the STICU.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one-year Registered Nurse experience.
- Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) required. ACLS within 6 months of start date.
- Licensure: RN licensed or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
- Education:BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN)- must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years Registered Nurse experience.
