NY RN License in hand NO EXCEPTIONS
Minimum 1 year experience required
BLS Certification required
EPIC charting experience required
Floating required
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Patient Ratios
Must be comfortable with 1:5 to 1:7 ratio (Med-Surg level care)
Clinical Skills Required
Cardiac Monitoring & Emergency Response
Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Management of dysrhythmias
Use of Rapid Response/Code Teams
IV Therapy / Phlebotomy
Peripheral line care and management
Respiratory Care
Nasal cannula
Oxygen face masks
Portable oxygen tanks
Non-invasive airway management (BIPAP support)
Professional Skills
Isolation precautions
