For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Receptionist & Operations Assistant role.
About the Team
Join our local team responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring seamless office operations. Collaborating closely with the office administration management facilities and external partners our team is known for delivering exceptional service and an inclusive supportive atmosphere.
You will be responsible for
Greeting and assisting clients visitors and colleagues as the first point of contact.
Providing organisational and administrative support for meetings events and everyday office activities.
Overseeing reception and conference areas including coordination of catering.
Providing backup coverage for administration team members.
Oversee office supplies and employee onboarding logistics including ordering stationery coordinating company merchandise preparing welcome packages and administering security cards and badges for new joiners.
Handling ad hoc tasks to support smooth office functioning
Apply if you
Have previous experience in a receptionist customer service or front-of-house role (preferably in professional services or hospitality).
Communicate fluently in Polish and English.
Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Are proficient with office management software (such as Microsoft Office).
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and personal appearance.
Show initiative and problem-solving ability.
Work effectively both independently and in a team.
