Job Summary
Ajax Systems is a developer and manufacturer of Ajax wireless security systems with smart home capabilities. Now we are looking for an Operational Manager to join the Business Development Department in Warsaw Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and/or technical support for contract administration customer service and maintaining order history.
- Assists the Business Development Manager in driving sales growth.
- Registers and forwards contracts for the Business Development Manager prepares presentations and works in 1C and the Jira task manager.
- Manages the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments.
- Supports the Business Development Manager in developing new and expanding existing customer relationships as needed.
- Responds to customer inquiries.
- Builds strong customer relationships while maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Develops a high level of knowledge of all customer-facing systems in use.
Requirements:
- Secondary specialized or higher education (preferred fields: economics logistics administration).
- Very good command of Ukrainian and Polish.
- English at a communicative level will be a plus.
- Soft skills: attention to numbers and order responsibility stress resilience ability to work in a team strong communication skills drive for results and understanding the importance of delivering top-level customer service.
- Hard skills: experience with ERP systems (1C SAP Comarch ERP will be a plus) confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Previous experience working with customers and handling documentation.
