We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python and Pose Estimation technologies to join our team.

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will play a key role in developing and scaling the backend architecture of a cutting-edge health application. This role requires strong proficiency in Python deep learning frameworks and backend deployment. You will work on real-time human movement analysis through AI Pose Estimation Models contributing directly to patient care optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Implement Deep Learning and Computer Vision pipelines with TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Integrate Pose Estimation models into production-grade environments.
• Manage and optimize databases including PostgreSQL MongoDB and Redis.
• Build and deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA/GDPR and secure handling of medical data.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize backend scalability and performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and enhance system resiliency and automation.
• Prepare documentation and support best practices across development processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Absolute mastery of Python with hands-on experience using Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Proven experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of Computer Vision and Pose Estimation Models.
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis).
• Skilled in Docker and deployment across AWS GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR and security protocols for health data.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working on HealthTech or MedTech platforms.
• Successful deployment of AI/ML models into production environments.
• Experience integrating medical movement datasets or biomechanical data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools microservices and distributed architecture.
