About the position
As our Talent Acquisition Specialistyou will support our business inPoland Czech Republic Slovakia and Hungaryin recruiting the best talent to help us grow our business and you are an integral part of the local HR as well as the global TA team.
You own the 360process attract and select talent to match the business needs and making Talent Acquisition awesome along the way. Bring your ideas and tell us how we can make TA better and how we can provide an awesome candidate experience.
We work for Clusters which means you recruit across all functions suchas Sales& Marketing local Supply Chain IT & Finance flexing your approach depending on the role and time frames. Youll have around20 roles on averagebut youll need to be ready to juggle more in busier periods.
In the day to day you will partner with the business specifically our hiring managers & HR colleagues smashing our globalKPIsas you go. Engaging and creating afirst classcandidate experience not only for external applicants but our internal population too.
Next to theday to dayTA activities we discuss your areas of interest and will assign a project for you to own this could be a process tech implementation or a system owner. Very curious to hear what you enjoy!

Youll thrive if you bring strong business partnering skills and excellent stakeholder management as these are essential for building trust and influencing decisions across multiple teams while driving impactful recruitment strategies. Add to that a natural sense of curiosity for the Talent Acquisition world and a tech-savvy mindset-youllwork with advanced tools to build pipelines and shape our TA approach. Whetheryouveworked on the agency side and are ready to move in-house oryourealready in-house and looking for a bigger challenge this is yourchance. You understand the dynamics of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition andyourefluent in Polish and the pressure of tight deadlines navigated complex searches and know what it takes to find the ONE. With your sourcingexpertiseand passion for innovationyoullnot only deliver results but also bring team spirit passion and fun to everything you do.
