About the team
We are a small group of individuals responsible for the project and technology portfolio and get to make an immediate impact on our customers and stakeholders with everything that we do!
What youll do
- Develop and manage comprehensive end-to-end program plans tracking progress managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Drive the execution of multiple simultaneous technical projects including removing roadblocks and maintaining momentum.
- Clearly communicate program progress key decisions and risks to technical and non-technical audiences including executive leadership.
- Develop consistency in program management artifacts metrics Jira usage including dashboards to enable clear and precise articulation of progress to teams and to our leadership
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate engagement with product and engineering leadership ensuring strategic alignment clear understanding of program goals and desired outcomes via a well-documented and well communicated program approach
- Drive continuous improvements in operating rhythms of the product and technology organization
What youll bring
- 5 - 10 years of delivery & technical program management experience in a product or technology group
- Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and common development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Kanban).
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with engineers and product managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management disciplines Agile governance processes and executive reporting
- A track record in leading and delivering complex large-scale projects and partnerships often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders
