Your Challenge

You will work in a dynamic international environment collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainability health equity and governance initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in program delivery stakeholder engagement and impact-driven innovation.
Your Team
You will be part of the Group Sustainability team an international and multidisciplinary group working across regions and functions. The team leads initiatives ranging from digital innovation and sustainable business models to partnerships and internal engagementsupporting Philips commitment to improve the lives of 400 million people in underserved communities by 2030.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the execution of Impact Shaper program modules
Engaging and communicating with program participants and external delivery partners
Scheduling and technically managing program sessions (virtual and in-person)
Capturing meeting minutes maintaining action trackers and following up on progress
Proactively contributing ideas to enhance participant engagement and program delivery
Increasing internal visibility of Philips Impact Ambitions and identifying synergies across teams
Supporting ad hoc sustainability and impact-related initiatives within Group Sustainability
Conducting market research related to global health health equity and social business initiatives
Synthesizing insights and sharing outcomes through presentations reports and briefs
Building strong working relationships across Businesses Regions Functions and external partners
Who We Are Looking For
Currently enrolled in the last year of your Bachelors program or in a Masters program (preferred) in:
Communication
(Digital) Marketing
Global/Public Health
Health Economics or Management
(Development) Economics
Sustainable Development
Or a related field
A strong communicator with excellent verbal written and visual communication skills
A natural networker and connector
Analytical and research-oriented
Independent hands-on and eager to learn
Experienced through internships extracurricular projects or academic work related to global health sustainability or business
Fluent in written and spoken English
How We Work Together
Hybrid working model: minimum 3 days per week in the office
Primary location: Amsterdam
Weekly presence at High Tech Campus Eindhoven
What We Offer
Monthly full-time allowance ranging from 400 to 700 gross depending on your educational level. Part-time internships will receive a pro-rata allowance.
Housing compensation for relocation near the office: 300 net for locations near Amsterdam and 255 net for other Philips locations. To qualify you must provide a rental contract from your landlord and your regular home-to-work travel distance must be at least 50 km or your one-way travel time must be 1.5 hours or longer.
Travel compensation of up to 145 net if you are not eligible for a free public transport card.
Paid holidays for the duration of the internship term.
Opportunity to purchase Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
Important
Part of our selection procedure is a HireVue online interview recording and assessment. We are not able to share the outcome of this HireVue interview but will use this as extra selection criteria.
In order to be considered you must be enrolled as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested.
Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university will need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement which will need to be signed by the student and the university. Students receiving ECTS credits for this internship will need to fill in a UNL agreement which will need to be signed by the student and the university.
