Job Responsibilities:
- Increase business avenues and enhance the client database.
- Identify acquire and develop new and prospective clients.
- Manage and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide accurate timely and competitive pricing for all proposals while maintaining optimal profit margins.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings sales and activity reports for the assigned/associated; client/location
- Maintain contact with all clients in the assigned/associated market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Drive new business development specifically in the packaging domain including Packaging & Transit Testing services
- Manage and grow existing RoHS customers within the assigned region.
Qualification:
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-5 years work experience in the field of sales management
Expertise at:
Strong background in Supplier Relationship Management.
Clear understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Willingness to travel and collaborate with a global professional team.
Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience driving sales teams.
Strong Sales Planning Sales Management and Data Analytics skills.
