Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Trainer to support and elevate our customer experience standards. This role focuses on guiding new and existing team members through professional effective and customer-centered communication practices. The ideal candidate will help shape a consistent service culture deliver structured training and ensure that our staff is fully equipped to represent Beloform Craft with distinction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on customer service principles communication techniques and company guidelines.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and continuing education for existing staff.

  • Monitor performance identify areas of improvement and provide clear actionable feedback.

  • Create training materials manuals and scripts aligned with company expectations.

  • Ensure team members understand and meet quality standards across all customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with management to enhance training strategies and maintain consistency across departments.


Qualifications :

  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead motivate and inspire team members.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable creating structured training content and delivering it professionally.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
