We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Trainer to support and elevate our customer experience standards. This role focuses on guiding new and existing team members through professional effective and customer-centered communication practices. The ideal candidate will help shape a consistent service culture deliver structured training and ensure that our staff is fully equipped to represent Beloform Craft with distinction.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs focused on customer service principles communication techniques and company guidelines.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and continuing education for existing staff.
Monitor performance identify areas of improvement and provide clear actionable feedback.
Create training materials manuals and scripts aligned with company expectations.
Ensure team members understand and meet quality standards across all customer interactions.
Collaborate with management to enhance training strategies and maintain consistency across departments.
Qualifications :

Additional Information :
