Millennium Physicians is seeking a Senior Front Office Associate with at least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare front desk role preferably in Primary Care to join our dynamic medical team in Columbus GA.

As the first point of contact for our patients youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is a quick learner and brings a team-first attitude to everything they do.

What Youll Bring:

• Minimum 2 year of front desk experience in a healthcare setting
• Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
• A warm professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
